Once installed the app offers the possibility for the store's client to negotiate a product's price based on the rules you set in the rules section. In order for this to happen you have to set a discount value in the rule page and enable the rule.
In order to display it on the product's page you need to have a rule created and enabled. Once you installed the app a rule is created for you but is not enabled. To enable the rule you have to set a discount value and then enable the rule.
If you activate the timed offer the store's client will be able to see a modal that asks him if he wants to negotiate the price of a product. By design the timed offer is not active when you first install the app. To activate you need to go to settings page (configuration tab), check "Timed offer" checkbox and set a number of seconds.
Same as the button the banner will be displayed if you have a rule created and enabled. In the settings page(configuration tab) you'll find a checkbox that if checked will display a banner to the product page
In the settings page(configuration tab) you have to check the "Display modal at leave intent" checkbox.
There are 2 possibilities where the button will not be displayed. Once installed the app will check your store's styles to know where to place the button. If the store's styles could not be retrieved than the button will not be displayed and an error will be displayed in the settings page(configuration tab). If this is the issue contact us and we will fix it for you. The other possibility is that the product is not added in the rule that is enabled.
There are 2 types of modals available. You can change them by selecting one from the dropdown list in the settings page(configuration tab).

No. You can have only one rule enabled but you can create multiple rules to use them in the future.
No. You need to remove the included/excluded collection from the rule and add it again.
